The Flexitorium is a one-on-one online health and fitness coaching service.

Whether you’re at zero or 99% of the way to hitting your target, I’m here to help.

Your goals will become my goals.

As I’ve lived through a transformation and have been able to maintain it, I’m an advocate for real lifestyle change so that you can do the same, which is why my coaching service includes and provides personalized fitness programming, nutrition coaching, as well as regular video-call check-ins to keep you accountable and on track. Our communication is key.

Very quickly: I had large fluctuations in body weight for most of my life and couldn’t seem to maintain a healthy body weight without unsustainable excessive exercise, but I figured out what I was doing wrong. I then became a Certified Sports Nutrition Coach (through the NASM—the National Academy of Sports Medicine); I’m also working on a master’s degree in exercise science and health promotion at Florida Atlantic University (Spring ‘26).

📆 12-Week Coaching Commitment

Complete coaching starts with a minimum 12-week commitment—long enough to build real momentum and start seeing meaningful results in your goals: weight loss, fat loss, strength gains, or overall fitness. Done right, progress starts showing after a couple of weeks, and adjustments usually happen around the 4-week mark. Before you know it, we’re already fine-tuning and targeting your desired outcome.

🤝 What’s Expected from You:

  • Open, honest communication. Whether you’re hungry, tired, thriving, or coasting—I need to know. Your feedback shapes your program and ensures it fits you.

  • Weekly check-ins. These may be written or via video and are essential for accountability, progress tracking, and making data-driven decisions.

  • Progress updates. You’ll provide photos and basic measurements to help us track results (nothing revealing and all kept confidential and used solely for your progress).

  • Straightforward, supportive feedback. Just what you need to hear to stay on track.

  • Form and movement critiques if relevant to your goals and training.

  • Nutritional audits to ensure your energy intake matches your desired outcomes.

The 12-week timeframe is just the beginning. Many clients continue on because they love the progress, momentum, and accountability.

What’s Included:

  • Initial and Final Video Calls: We’ll kick off with a deep-dive session to understand your goals and wrap up with progress analysis and next steps.

  • Bi-Weekly Video Call Check-Ins: Twice a month, we’ll sit down for 30-45 minutes to review how you’re progressing. Here, we’ll have deeper progress evaluations with live discussion and strategic planning.

  • Custom Workout Programming: Designed around your abilities, interests, and schedule. No one-size-fits-all routines—just what works for you.

  • Targeted Nutrition Coaching and Guidance: Personalized macronutrient goals and sample meal plans to support your training and body composition goals. We’ll also discuss evidence-based strategies for health, as well as the maintenance of your successes.

  • Accountability: I’ll help you stay consistent and on track. IF you get derailed for a moment, it’s not a catastrophe. You’ll recover, rebound, and regain traction.

  • Form and Movement Assessments: If desired, we'll identify and fix inefficiencies in your movement patterns to improve performance and prevent injury.

  • Ongoing Program Adjustments: Your plan evolves as you do—tweaks are made based on feedback, progress, and changing needs.

  • Weekly Written Check-Ins: Stay on track with structured reviews to reflect, refocus, and fine-tune.

  • Messaging Support: Have a quick question or need clarity? Just shoot a message.

  • Flexible Coaching Style: Whether you want all the details, mechanisms and sources, or just a clear plan to follow, I coach the way you prefer.

$329.00/month for three months.

$59.00 - one time video-call consultation.

  • You’ve hit a plateau in your progress.

  • Your training feels stale or unmotivating.

  • You’re overwhelmed by conflicting fitness or nutrition advice.

  • You’ve got questions and want to talk shop and troubleshoot with a professional.

  • We can focus on health, fitness, nutrition, lifestyle habits and systems—all, one, or a combination.

  • I’ll ask for you to fill out the full client application for this. That way, I can do my homework before we meet: know your history regarding training, nutrition, and dieting.

What You Get:

A 45-60-minute video call, with deep dive and personalized recommendations (training tweaks, nutrition direction, lifestyle advice). Someone in the trenches is here to answer any and all of your questions.

You'll walk away with clear, actionable guidance tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and current challenges—no fads, gimmicks, or pushy selling, just evidence-based and informed solutions. We’ll follow up with a summary of our discussion.

Bonus: If you choose to join ongoing coaching afterward, your consultation fee will be credited toward your program if you sign up within 7 days.
